1. Information We Collect

From you (brand owner): Name, email address, business information, Shopify store credentials, Faire team member credentials, brand voice samples, billing information (processed by Stripe).

From third parties on your behalf: Retailer names, business addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, order history, conversation records, website data, and other publicly available business information gathered through our enrichment process.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Powering your AI wholesale agent (generating emails, managing conversations, scheduling outreach)
• Enriching retailer profiles with business contact information
• Classifying Shopify orders to identify wholesale customers
• Analyzing communication patterns to improve email deliverability and response rates
• Providing analytics and reporting on your dashboard
• Processing payments and managing your subscription

3. Third-Party Data Processors

We share data with the following categories of processors:

• Infrastructure: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting)
• Email delivery: Smartlead (email sending), Maildoso (inbox provisioning)
• AI processing: Anthropic (Claude for email generation), OpenAI (classification)
• Enrichment: Hunter.io (email finding), Reoon (email verification), ScrapingDog (web data)
• Payments: Stripe (billing and subscription management)
• Proxy services: IPRoyal (residential proxies for stealth browsing)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or retailer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies ensuring brands can only access their own data, API keys and credentials stored encrypted, regular security audits, and access controls limiting employee data access to operational necessity.

5. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data retained for the duration of your subscription
• Canceled accounts: Data retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted
• Enrichment data: Retailer contact information refreshed every 90 days, stale data flagged and eventually purged
• Communication logs: Email and messaging records retained for the life of the account for analytics and compliance

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about your brand and retailers
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of all your data (see Account Deletion in our Terms)
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent for automated communications at any time

7. Retailer Data & Opt-Out

Retailers who receive communications from brands using RestockIt can opt out by replying to any email with an unsubscribe request. We honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days and maintain a suppression list to prevent future contact. Retailers may also contact privacy@restockit.ai to request removal of their information from our systems.

8. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on the brand portal. The public website (restockit.ai) may use anonymous analytics to understand traffic patterns.
